7 A.M.
1serving of Remove Fat on an empty stomach prior to 30-60 min. cardio Tue/Thu/Sat.
1 serving of Trigger Force or Grim Force and 1 serving BCAA prior to weight training Mon/Wed/Fri

 8:15 A.M. 1 serving of Prowess protein 100% Whey

 9:00 A.M. Egg whites or chicken breast and oatmeal

 11:00 A.M. Chicken breast ,lean beef,or fish with potatoes or rice and steamed vegetables

 2:00 P.M. 1 serving Prowess Protein 100% whey

 3:30 P.M. 1 serving of Remove Fat

 5:00 P.M Chicken breast ,lean beef,or fish with potatoes or rice and steamed vegetables

 8:00 P.M. 1 serving Prowess Protein 100% Whey and 1 servin Glutamine
