susanna tirpak cake
Susanna Tirpak IFBB Athlete
Ingredients:
Cream:
light cheese (the one that`s not too creamy) 500 g
rice flour 100 g
Yogurt 500 g
Prowess Nutrition 100% iso whey, vanilla flavor approx. 10-15 scoops to give the cream vanilla flavor
Egg whites 2
Sweetener (not liquid sweetener) - as you like
In case the whole cream becomes too creamy,put some oats and it will hold it together to prevent it from being too liquidy!
Bottom part of the cake:
Oat flakes
Olive oil
Sweetener (very little needed; even that is optional!)
Mix ingredients of the cream and put it into the refrigerator until you finish the other part.
First heat the oil (be careful not to touch it!)
Then mix oil with oats and put them in the pan & push it down real hard (ok,you don`t have to break anything!)
This will give the solid bottom part of the cake..now cool it in the refrigerator for about 30 min.
Take the bottom part of the cake (in the pan) out and put the the cream on top of it...
Put it in the oven for about 25-30 min. on 170 C
Cool the cake and put into the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
