Prowess cottage pudding with fruits:
Ingredients:
Prowess Nutrition 100% protein isolate, vanilla flavor; use about 4-6 scoops
Raisins approx. 80 g (you can use other dried fruits as well)
Seed mix: hazelnut (peanut)
Canshew (nut)
Walnut
Fruits: kiwi, apples and loads of banana (cut to very smal pieces) - use about 30-40 dkg each
A little milk (skim milk)
Cottage cheese- unflavored 400-500g
Sweetener: as much as you like
Oatmeal: approx. 50 g
Mix all the ingredients.You should get a pudding-type-of-substance If not then sorry BUT it should end up in something good (maybe even better than mine!!)
